An optional contribution to Acrelio’s State of the Small Landlord reports.
Contribute anonymized data to Acrelio’s industry reports
Participation is separate from your account and subscription. It starts off. Declining or withdrawing does not change your features, price or support.
- Only portfolio-level numerical summaries contribute to reports. Tenant identities, property addresses, messages, notes, photos and documents are excluded from the research dataset.
- Internal contribution records use restricted random identifiers so we can remove them. Published reports contain thresholded group statistics; internal contribution records are not claimed to be anonymous.
- Eligible records cover real U.S. rentals with amounts in USD. Structured property country metadata must be U.S. Geography is limited to a broad region.
- Collection starts with the next full quarter after consent and requires an independent-landlord enrollment review. Earlier quarters are not backfilled.
- Withdrawal removes linked contributions and invalidates unpublished drafts immediately. Already published group statistics cannot be separated back into an individual contribution and remain in published reports.
- Linked research contributions are retained for at most the configured rolling research window, approximately eighteen months. Unpublished report drafts expire after ninety days. Account and consent records follow the Privacy Policy.
